Call Forwarding with Remote Activation/Deactivation gives you flexibility - you control your calls and they don't control you. Did you get to the office and forget to forward your calls from your home phone? Do you want to redirect your calls after you leave the house? It lets you direct calls to another number when you're away from your phone.
How It Works
Call to activate it Today!
- Lift the handset and dial the access number for Call Forwarding Remote Access. The access numbers are 328-1234 or 389-1234.
- The line will ring and then you will get a second dial tone.
- Now dial the 7-digit number of the phone you want to forward and your PIN (personal identification number). Your PIN number can be obtained by calling the business office.
- Listen for another dial tone.
- Dial *72 and then dial the number that you want your calls forwarded to. Wait for the confirmation tone then hang up. All your calls will now be forward.
- To cancel Call Forwarding Remote Access follow steps 1-4 above then dial *73 and listen for the confirmation tone and hang up.

Those calls forwarded outside your service area will be carried by the long distance provider of your choice, and may not be available for those calls forwarded to international numbers.
